By night Sleeper Bus:
Night buses with extra long beds leave from Nam Long Hotels every night:
6pm sleeper bus: arrives in Ninh Binh about 4:30am and in Hanoi around 5:30am
10pm sleeper bus: arrives Ninh Binh about 5am and Hanoi about 7am. Note: buses are forbidden in the Hanoi’s Old (French) Quarter, but the 10pm bus gets you closer, with a shorter taxi ride.

By day Bus:
It is a 5 minute walk from the Rt 1A bus station (please see Dong Hoi map). There are frequent departures both north and south, both express and regular. Costs vary depending on the type of bus and the distance. As an example, the bus going south to Hue takes about 4 hours. Headed north to Hanoi, takes about 10 hours. Our staff can buy tickets for you at no surcharge.
